DogeMint is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Dogecoin Foundation or any exchange listed on this site.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
9. Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized U.S. arbitration provider, with the seat of arbitration in the United States. You and DogeMint each waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
